- Be mindful of the instructions on birth control pills so as to avoid hormonal imbalance.
- keep a healthy weight.
- Eat healthy foods and keep up a healthy lifestyle.
- In cases of pain, use over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen or naproxen, they tend to also help reduce bleeding.
- Never disregard severe issues of abnormal vaginal bleeding and see a specialist as soon as you can for proper diagnosis and treatment.
