Scalp Eczema

                                    

 

Scalp dermatitis or eczema can be a difficult condition that perseveres for quite a long time. If you ever have that scalp condition where there is shedding of white skin particles from the scalp, it is frequently the most recognizable sign of someone with scalp eczema. At times it is joined by bothersome red and itchy inflamed skin. The kind of scalp inflammatory condition that frequently affects the scalp is called seborrheic dermatitis, it can also affect infants, known as cradle cap.
Manifestations of scalp dermatitis can be adequately treated although the condition might not be totally treated off. 
 
Signs of scalp eczema
  • Itching of the scalp.

Some of the Causes of scalp eczema

  • Allergies like fever or to some food.

 

  • Stress and absence of rest.

 

  • Some illnesses that are harmful to the body system or sensory system like HIV and Parkinson’s infection. 

 

  • Hormonal or gene illness.

 

  • Change in shampoo or hair treatment like hair dye.

 

  • Skin conditions for example skin break out and psoriasis.

 

  • Scalp inflammation.

 

  • Washing of hair with very cold or hot water.

 

  • Bad hair conditions like dry skin or extremely oily hair.

 

  • Application of some harsh hair products.

 

  • A climatic change like when the weather is too hot or cold.

 

                        Home  Remedies 
Consumption of some basic daily supplements like omega-3, Vitamin A, B, and D, zinc and most importantly drinking lots of water.
Application of some organic oils like:
  •      Olive oil

 

  •      Tea tree oil

 

  •      Aloe Vera 

 

NOTE: If symptoms get extremely bad a skin specialist (dermatologist) should be consulted for better analysis and proper treatment.
