WHAT’S NEEDED
- 5-6 Fresh Carrots
- 5 Tablespoons of Honey
- A Glass of Clean Drinking Water
HOW TO MAKE HONEY AND CARROTS SYRUP
- Wash the carrots well with clean water and peel off the dirty part.
- Cut the Carrots into smaller pieces, then pour them into a clean pot.
- Add a cup of water or a little more to Carrots in the pot.
- Leave the carrots to boil until its soft enough to be crush or blended.
- After this, get the carrots out of the pot and into a clean bowl.
- In the bowl, crush the Carrots using a spoon or pour them in a blender to blend.
- Lastly, add honey and mix the combination well.
- Store this homemade Syrup in a clean tight container and place it in the cool part of the refrigerator.
HOW TO TAKE: You can take 4tablespoons of this Syrup daily until Phlegm is finally cleared.
